Refund policy

We understand if your new purchase doesn’t work out the way you imagined,so we’ve made the return process easy. Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@trucfri.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All products are guaranteed to be shipped in new condition. If a product arrives damaged, and the damage has not been caused by carriers, it can be exchanged for an undamaged one at no cost to you if returned within 10 business days of the shipment date. The product must be in an unused condition. Please contact us provide some info about the damage goods.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from the shipping carriers facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used and are generally issued within 3 business days of receiving all returned items. Depending on which bank the customer belongs to, they may require additional processing time to reflect the refund to your account.

 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
